POSE Design Center is operated by Parties Outta Sight Entertainment® ("POSE," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this site, our print store, or submitting an estimate request, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
POSE is your seller and point of contact for pricing, quotes, payment, communication, and customer service. We produce your order through trusted production partners, but your relationship and agreement are with POSE.
Prices shown on product pages are estimates based on the options you select and may change based on artwork, final specifications, shipping, and applicable taxes. A submitted cart is an estimate request. An order is only confirmed once we send you a final quote, you approve it, and payment arrangements are completed.
Product options, materials, turnaround times, and pricing can change at any time. We'll always confirm your final price on your quote before you pay.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, POSE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in California.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the current version.
We respect your privacy and only collect what we need to quote, produce, and deliver your order and to support you as a customer.
We share order information only as needed to fulfill your order — for example, with our production and shipping partners. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law.
We keep order and account records as long as needed for business, legal, and tax purposes. To access, correct, or delete your information, or to opt out of marketing messages, email info@partiesouttasight.com.
If you contact us or opt in by text, you may receive customer-care messages from Parties Outta Sight. Msg & data rates may apply; message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
Nearly everything we make is custom and produced to order, so please review your quote, artwork, and proof carefully before approving.
You may cancel an order before it enters production at no charge. Once production has begun, an order generally cannot be cancelled or refunded because it's made specifically for you.
We stand behind our work. If your order arrives with a production defect, a manufacturing error on our part, or shipping damage, contact us promptly with photos and your order details and we'll make it right with a reprint or replacement.
Report any problem to info@partiesouttasight.com or (714) 477-1470 within 7 days of delivery so we can help within our production partner's claim window.
Any shipping amount shown before you receive a final quote is an estimate. Your confirmed shipping cost depends on product size & weight, destination, and the carrier, and is finalized on your quote.
Turnaround times are estimates and begin once your quote is paid and your artwork/proof is approved. Rush options may be available on request — just ask.
Please double-check your shipping address; we're not responsible for delays or losses from an incorrect or undeliverable address. Once an order ships, delivery timing is in the carrier's hands.
Local pickup or delivery may be available in the Orange County / Los Angeles area for certain orders. Ask us and we'll arrange it on your quote.
By uploading artwork, logos, images, text, or designs, you confirm that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use, reproduce, and print that content. You agree not to submit anything unlawful, infringing, or that you don't have the right to use. You're responsible for the content you provide, and you agree to hold POSE harmless from claims arising from it.
When a proof is provided, production begins only after you approve it. Please check spelling, layout, sizing, and colors carefully — approved proofs are considered final.
Screens, digital previews, and proofs may not exactly match the final printed product due to differences in materials, monitors, and printing processes. Slight variation is normal and not considered a defect.
The POSE Design Center site, branding, layout, and content are the property of Parties Outta Sight Entertainment® and may not be copied or reused without permission. You keep the rights to your own logo and artwork.
